Homefront

Award winning screenplay

Amidst the untamed frontier, a fearless frontierswoman takes on a merciless outlaw gang, defending her home and daughter with nothing but her trapping expertise and an unforeseen supernatural force.

Writer Statement:

As a descendent of Native American Indians, I wanted to tell a tale that wove Native lore into the fabric of the story. This led to the inspiration for Homefront. I based the character of Yolkai on my own family history as well as drawing from real-life friends to birth the heroes and villains of Homefront.
